Not sure which email your membership is under? Enter your phone number. If it's on your membership, we'll email a sign-in code to that address.

The number you gave when you joined. Outside the US and Canada, start with + and your country code.

Trouble signing in?

I don't have a password, or I've forgotten it

Go to the sign-in screen and press Email me a sign-in code. We'll email you a 6-digit code, and you can sign in with it straight away. Once you're in, you can choose a password on your Profile screen.

My email hasn't arrived

It can take a minute or two. Look in your spam or junk folder for an email from Neothink. If you asked more than once, use the newest email: each one replaces the one before.

It says it can't find my membership

Your membership may be under another email address, such as the one you paid with. Sign in with that email, or find it with your phone number.

My code or password didn't work

For a code, check the 6 digits and use the code from the newest email. For a password, check capital letters, or press the eye to see what you typed.
